an old rollei leaflet that came with the rolleiflex that my great uncle picked up in a pawn shop in argentina in the 70’s.
recent projects have led me to an excellent set of photos taken by stanley kubrick as a teenager in new york in the 1940s.
the photos are owned by the Museum of the City of New York, where art advisors scanned more than 10,000 images to find the 25 that were to be put up for sale at auction.
